Telugu Actor Srikanth celebrates his 45th birthday today. He was born on March 23rd in the year 1968 in koppal, Karnataka. In the beginning of his career, he performed in roles with negative shades. With the movie Taj Mahal directed by Dr. D. Ramanaidu, which was a huge hit at the box office, he rose to fame as a hero and went on acting in almost 100 movies as a hero giving the Telugu audience many unforgettable hits.

Some of the movies with which he has won the hearts of many audience are Pelli Sandadi, Vinodam, Egire pavurama, Ooyala, Pandaga, Gilli kajjalu, Suprabhatam, Kshemanga velli labham ga randi, Chala Bagundi, Khadgam, Pellam oorelithe, Ottesi cheputhunna, Operation Duryodhana and Mahatma. He has also played supporting roles in many movies including Shankar dada MBBS for which he won a film fare award. He has also won the Nandi special jury award for the movie Mahatma.

Srikanth is married to the beautiful telugu actress of the yesteryears, Ooha and has two sons Roshan and Rohan and a daughter Medha.
