Plot
While visiting a house for an insurance survey, Samaira gets trapped by a family practicing dark tantric rituals who believe a human sacrifice can bring their deceased daughter back to life. Against the backdrop of the Kamakhya Shakti Peetha, tantra, and the mysterious Chhayamarma ritual, the story follows the truth behind Samaira's identity and whether she can escape the planned sacrifice.

Verdict
Karmakhya is a horror thriller with a promising concept. The film attempts to tell an engaging story using the themes of the Kamakhya Shakti Peetha, tantra, and human sacrifice. The interval twist, the Saranya reveal, Abhirami's performance, and the climax twists work in its favor. However, the slow screenplay, cringe comedy, the underutilization of Samuthirakani, and the lack of emotional impact in the climax prevent it from reaching its full potential. Overall, it is a decent one-time watch for horror thriller fans.
