Hollywood actor Arnold Vosloo, best known for his role in The Mummy, plays Sir Theodore Hector in Ranabaali
Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna are starring together in the grand pan-India film Ranabaali, directed by Rahul Sankrityan. Presented by T-Series and produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar under the Mythri Movie Makers banner, the film is being made on a massive budget.
Set against the backdrop of the 19th century, Ranabaali is based on real historical events that took place during British rule between 1854 and 1878.
Renowned Hollywood actor Arnold Vosloo is making his Indian cinema debut with Ranabaali. He plays the pivotal role of Sir Theodore Hector in the film. On the occasion of Arnold Vosloo's birthday, the makers released a special poster wishing him a happy birthday. The poster introduces his character as "Sir Theodore Hector, the Demon of the Famine Lands."
Recently, Ranabali successfully completed 100 days of shooting. With huge expectations across India, the film is gearing up for a worldwide release on September 11.
