The team of Thimmarajupalli TV celebrated its success with a grand meet in Hyderabad, following the film’s strong reception among audiences. Produced by Kiran Abbavaram under KA Productions in association with Sumaira Studios, the film introduced several new talents and marked the directorial debut of V. Muniraju.
Starring Sai Tej and Veda Jalandharr, the village-based period drama has connected strongly with audiences, particularly for its rooted storytelling and nostalgic appeal. The team expressed gratitude for the overwhelming appreciation received from viewers across all sections.
Speaking at the event, Kiran Abbavaram stated that the film is an honest attempt that has been widely appreciated by audiences, media, and industry members. He shared that within a day of release, several cast and crew members began receiving new opportunities, which he described as one of the biggest successes of the project. He emphasized that the film was made with newcomers and strong content, and expressed confidence that more audiences will continue to discover it both in theatres and on OTT.
Director V. Muniraju expressed happiness over the positive talk since premieres, noting that audiences above 40 years especially connected with the film’s nostalgic elements. He added that while the story is set in a specific village, it reflects the emotions and experiences of every village, making it universally relatable.
The cast and crew also shared their joy over the response. Cinematographer Akshay Ram Podishetty said audience appreciation for the visuals has been very encouraging, while actress Veda Jalandharr described the success as a dream come true for a team of newcomers. Actor Sai Tej credited Kiran Abbavaram for believing in fresh talent and releasing the film in theatres instead of opting for a direct OTT release.
