Celebrities Hits flops in Tollywood in 2013

• Ram Charan started the year with a big hit in ‘Nayak’, but failed to impress with ‘Toofan’.

With the success of Ishq(2012),Nitin came with ‘Gunde Jari Gallanthayyinde’ creating record collections for Nitin starer movie and established him as a big star in Tollywood.

Allari Naresh disappointed with his ‘Action 3D and Kevvu Keka.

Dr.Rajasekhar came with the movie ‘Mahankali’ and the movie turned as a flop.

Ram could not impress with his movies Ongole Gittha and Masala.Both failed at box-office.

Writer Koratala Siva turned director with ‘Mirchi’ and established as a good director with the movie proving success at box-office.

Venkatesh is the only celebrity actor with 3 movie releases(Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu,Shadow,Masala). 2 of his movies were multi starers. Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu with Mahesh Babu as his co star could reach the box-office expectations. Other 2 failed.

Pawan Kalyan starrer ‘Attharintiki Daredi was released a midst Piracy but fared well beyond expectations with net collections of around  Rs.85 crores. It will be celebrating its 100 days run in 32 theaters across AP.

High budgeted movies, Baahubali and Rudrama Devi were launched in this year with Anushka playing the female lead in both the movies. Young actor Rana is also acting in both the movies.Baahubali is a prestigious movie of director S S Rajamouli with a budget of Rs.100 crores.
