Naga Chaitanya Follows Fathers Footsteps

In a recent interview, Nagarjuna said that Naga Chaitanya has overseen the production of Uyyala Jampala. When the interviewer asked if Naga Chaitanya is planning to turn producer Nagarjuna said, “I don’t know about that, but I wanted him to understand different aspects of filmmaking and hence, he was actively involved in the production of Uyyala Jampala,”

Uyyala Jampala Directed by Virinchi Varma,has been jointly produced by Nagarjuna and Ram Mohan. Debutants Raj Tarun and Avika Gor (Aanandi of Chinnari Pellikoothuru) play the lead roles in this romantic film set in a village backdrop.

Nagarjuna said, “After a long time, we are going to watch a pure Telugu cinema and we are all really proud of the film and the actors.” Suresh Babu is distributing the film which is slated for release on December 25.

Meanwhile, Naga Chaitanya is currently busy shooting for his next film directed by Gunde Jaari Gallantayyindi Director Vijay Kumar Konda tentatively titled ‘Oka Laila Kosam’, which is produced by Annapurna Studios and has Pooja Hegde paired opposite NagaChaitanya
