Naina Ganguly as Vangaveeti Rathna Kumari
Director Ram Gopal Varma has roped in actress Naina Ganuly to play the role of Vangaveeti Rathna Kumari in his last Telugu movie ‘Vangaveeti’.
Vangaveeti is based on the antagonism and rowdyism of Vijayawada. The main theme of the movie is to show how the rowdyism started in Vijayawada with the murder of Chalasani Venkatratnam , who was killed by Vangaveeti Radha. The movie also features how the rowdyism in Vijayawada came to an end with the death of Vangaveeti Ranga.
