Veteran filmmaker M. S. Raju, known for delivering several cult classics, is gearing up with an intriguing mystical thriller titled Agadha. The film has been steadily building anticipation, and the makers have now unveiled the powerful look of Kamakshi Bhaskarla as Mahadevi.
The reveal confirms that the mysterious girl seen in the earlier poster is Kamakshi Bhaskarla, who plays a pivotal role in the film. Her character, Mahadevi, appears to hold significant importance in the narrative, adding depth and intrigue to the story.
The newly revealed look presents her draped in a traditional black saree, seated before a divine backdrop filled with tridents, lamps, and a towering idol. Her intense expression and commanding presence suggest that the character is deeply rooted in the film’s mystical and spiritual core.
Director M. S. Raju expressed gratitude for the overwhelming response to the film’s first look. In a heartfelt note, he thanked audiences, well-wishers, and members of the film fraternity for their encouragement. Produced by Kasi Visalakshi Balusu under the Sri Adi Varaha Productions banner, Agadha is being mounted on a grand scale. The film features extensive set work, around 45 minutes of VFX, and has completed an 85-day shoot schedule.
Designed as a pan-India project, Agadha will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi. With its blend of mysticism, strong character design, and grand visuals, the film promises a unique and immersive cinematic experience.
