Story:
Sathyam(Mohanlal)is a kind hearted person helping the needy with his Janatha Garage which he runs with Brahmaji and Ajay as mechanics. Mukesh(Sachin Khedekar) does not like the kind heartedness and helping the needy by Sathyam.Mukesh kills Sathyam’s brother. So he sends away his brother’s son away from Hyderabad. Anand(Jr.NTR) is a Lover of Nature and is dare enough to fight for the prevention of Environment and the evil happenings. Satyam and Anand meet in a scuffle and Sathyam likes Anand’s attitude and he join hands with him.
Who is Sathyam brother’s son. What connection Anand has with the ‘Janatha Garage’ are to be seen on the silver screen.
Jr.NTR is impressive with his changed style of dialogue delivery.He has performed well the dances and very furious in fightings.He has performed the given role with ease.Mohanlal is at his best in emotional scenes and delivered the dialogues with perfection in his own voice.Rajeev Kanakala,Ajay have also done well their roles.A weak villain in Sachin Khedekar could not match with Jr.NTR’s aggressive performance. Samantha and Nithya Menon are limited only to song-dance sequences.There is no comedy and it is an action movie.
Director Koratala failed to impress as all expected.He tried for his hattrick of hits but has chosen an ordinary story.We can not compare Janatha Garage with his previous best movies ‘Mirchi’ and ‘Srimanthudu’.Devi Sri Prasad has composed good back ground music which is a plus for the movie.Cinematographer Thiru has done magic with his camera.
